• We consider All Electrical and Metal parts in their respective "Electrical / Metal" categories. Hence, there are no flat 50% depreciation charges. Depreciation on electrical / metal parts ranges from 0% to 50% depending on age of vehicle (50% depreciation only for vehicles over 10 years old)
• We have a customer-oriented settlement process that ensures the focus stays on giving you the most comprehensive breakdown of costs and settlement details
• Surveys are completed within a maximum of 24 hours of claim initiation

• Electrical and Metal parts are often Considered in "Plastic" category; Flat 50% depreciation is charged from you
• Taking the example of frontal damage on a 1.5 years old Alto, where the Radiator, AC Compressor and Condenser have to be replaced.

• Depreciation in some policies @ 50%:Rs 10,000
